ProductLu Ping gypsum-based self-leveling is the abbreviation for self-leveling floor leveling gypsum. It is also known as gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. It is a dry powder material specially used for leveling indoor floors, which is made by carefully blending high-strength gypsum, aggregates, and various building chemical additives in a factory and mixing them evenly.
The product is mainly used for:
1. Ground leveling before the construction of indoor floor protection or decoration materials (carpets, floors, floor tiles).
2. Factory floors in homes, shopping malls, office buildings, general warehouses, etc. without special load-bearing and wear resistance requirements.
3. Repairing and leveling uneven concrete floors.
The leveling accuracy is high. After the surface is completed, the height difference can be less than 2mm.
It has good volume stability, with a volume change rate of -0.04%, without delamination or cracking.
The performance quality is good, dense and fine, with high water resistance, no dusting or sanding.
The construction thickness is controllable. Backfilling, elevation raising and leveling can be completed in one step.
The efficiency is high. When the thickness is thick, people can walk on it within 4-6 hours, which is 5 times higher than the traditional leveling method.
It reduces the building load. The dry density of the product after hardening is approximately 30% less than that of concrete.
It meets environmental protection requirements. Dry powder transportation and wet pumping are carried out without dust or pollution.
